Yes can you do it by logging into the website.

Each workout is roughly around 1h

If you are an absolute beginner I’d recommend you to have some in person personal training first. But they will work for intermediate till advanced lifter.

No gym subscription is only about training but you can always ask questions if you want in the zoom sessions.

Yes in the app you have the ability to substitute the exercises in case you can’t perform one or don’t have access to a machine.

You have access to the app as long as you are a subscription member.

Ordinary gym equipments, but If you want to workout at home you need a pair of heavier dumbbells for lower body and a pair of lighter dumbbells for the upper body, resistance bands (one light and one medium) and a bench (this one is up to you as you can be creative here and use a chair at home)

It really comes down to your compliance, how well you follow the program, how you take care of your nutrition, your genetics etc.

But usually you will be able to see some results after 3 months

You have access to me through our group chat in the app. And I will be supporting you in your fitness journey.

Everyone is welcome but keep in mind that this program does have a significant focus on lower body, particularly the glutes, so depends on your fitness goals.

The programme is written in 4-6 Week Phases, giving you enough time to progressively overload and get building strength and confidence in specific exercises before starting a brand new phase.

  • Videos demonstrating every exercise in your workout plan, with the possibility to substitute exercises to fit your specific needs.
  • Ability to track your sets, reps, weight, and personal best, so you can see your progress over time and push yourself to new limits.
  • In-app option to add progress photos, visible only to you and me, so we can monitor your progress and adjust your program accordingly.
