Workout are programmed to be completed within roughly 1hour.
The programs are 4 days/week. But you can always modify them to fit your schedule.
A gym set up is ideal, but almost all the exercises can be done at home with very minimal equipment and some modifications.
You can always start with:
- A couple of dumbbells (pair of heavy ones for lower body exercises and lighter ones for upper body exercises)
- There are also adjustable dumbbells you can buy.
- Resistance bands (A light and a medium)
- An adjustable bench (this one is optional, you can always be creative at home with a chair)
This plan is for training purposes only. But you can always ask questions about nutrition in the live sessions.
